Chono Geowines Carmenére Reserva
The fermentation was temperature controlled at a range of 27º to 30º Celsius, lasting for 24 days. Following a natural malolactic fermentation took place in barrels as well as in stainless steel tanks.
60% of the wine was kept in new French and American barrels for 10 months. The remaining wine was maintained in tanks in order to enhance its fruitiness.
The wine is bottled unfiltered and was stored for three months before it has been released.
